Short version: Cocktail Shuffle collects no personal data. Everything you choose in the app stays on your iPhone.

Who we are
Cocktail Shuffle is published by NeoLogic AB, Sweden, which is responsible for this policy. You can reach us at support@cocktailshuffle.app.
The app
Cocktail Shuffle has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. It does not connect to the internet, and it does not send anything about you or your use of the app to us or to anyone else.
The app remembers a few things on your iPhone so it works the way you left it: the ingredients you select in My Bar, your chosen machine, mode and recipe units, and which tips you have already seen. This information never leaves your device through the app. It is included in your iPhone backups if you use them, and it is removed when you delete the app.
Information from Apple
Apple handles purchases, downloads and refunds. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may give us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. These cannot identify you. Apple's own handling of your data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
This website
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third party scripts. It is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Like any website host, AWS may briefly record technical details of each request, such as the IP address, the time and the page asked for, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use this information to identify visitors.
When you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering questions about Cocktail Shuffle.
Mail to support@cocktailshuffle.app is received by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which keeps a copy for 90 days and then deletes it automatically. The message is forwarded to our mailbox at Websupport, where we keep the conversation only as long as it is needed to help you, and then delete it.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. As the app collects none, there is normally nothing to report beyond any email you have sent us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Age
Cocktail Shuffle is about alcoholic drinks and is intended for adults of legal drinking age. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
